Nez has excelled in the real estate profession since moving to New Canaan over 40 years ago. Nez started her real estate career in 1985 at Prudential Connecticut Realty and had been with Brotherhood & Higley since 1996.

Community Involvement
When she is not selling houses, you can find Nez supporting her local community and giving back. She has been involved in a number of charities, including three 60 mile walks for Breast Cancer. She lives with her husband Peter Bush Swanberg, a Connecticut radio personality. Together, Nez & Peter raised their three children, Carly, Molly and Conor who attended New Canaan public schools and St. Luke's private school. They now have four grandchildren locally in the New Canaan and Wilton School systems.
Education
A graduate of Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, Connecticut
